At the core of Reading Eagle Company’s mission is a belief in balanced, in-depth coverage of local news, sports, politics, and culture. Our award-winning newsroom strives for accuracy, fairness, and relevance in every story.

• Readers have praised our emotional holiday features—like the memorable Christmas tribute that captured one family’s cherished memories of a loved one—which demonstrate the power of personal storytelling.

Delivery & Customer Experience

Prompt and reliable delivery is the lifeblood of a newspaper publisher, and at Reading Eagle Company, we recognize how a delayed paper can disrupt your morning routine. Although some customers have experienced occasional missed or late arrivals, we’ve scaled up our local distribution network to boost consistency.

• In cases where papers end up on the ground, our team responds swiftly: customers routinely receive protective paper tubes within two business days, ensuring future editions arrive dry and intact.
• Many subscribers still enjoy unhindered Sunday delivery and appreciate the friendly faces of our carrier team, reinforcing the trust that keeps them coming back each week.
