Personalized, One-on-One Grooming

At Rover Makeovers, you’ll never find a crowded waiting room or hurried service. Jody’s signature one-pet-at-a-time approach means each animal receives undivided attention from the moment they step through the door. This individualized care minimizes stress, prevents long waits, and allows Jody to tailor every cut, style, and treatment to your pet’s unique coat, temperament, and health considerations. As one satisfied client noted, “Only one pet at a time, so there isn’t a lot of pets waiting in line for grooming.” That quiet, focused environment isn’t just a convenience—it’s a game changer for anxious or shy animals.

Skilled Grooming with Exceptional Quality

Precision and artistry are at the heart of Rover Makeovers’ grooming philosophy. Whether it’s a breed-specific style or a simple tidy-up, clients consistently praise the “impeccable” results they see after every appointment. Shampooing, nail trims, ear cleaning, and breed-correct scissoring are performed with professional skill and a gentle hand. As one happy pet parent shared, “Gives my ‘pup’ a great haircut every month,” capturing the reliability and high standard of Jody’s work. Your four-legged companion will leave looking neat, feeling comfortable, and ready to turn heads on the daily dog walk.

Gentle, Patient Handling for Anxious Pets

Rescue pets and naturally timid animals find a true friend in Jody. She’s renowned for her calming influence, coaxing even the most nervous pups through the grooming process with patience and compassion. “I have a rescue pup that is very timid … She loves Jody and can’t wait to go into her shop,” one reviewer noted, highlighting the nurturing bond that forms between Jody and her furry clients. By fostering trust and security, Rover Makeovers ensures every pet’s experience is as stress-free as possible—so even the most apprehensive critter leaves with confidence (and perhaps a few new kisses for Jody!).

Affordable Value-Packed Packages

In an era of rising costs, Rover Makeovers stands out for delivering exceptional value without sacrificing quality. The all-inclusive grooming package—haircut, shampoo, and nail trim—is attractively priced at just $30, making it not only more affordable than big-box competitors but also a no-brainer for budget-savvy pet owners. “Haircut, shampoo and nails trimmed for 30 bucks, way better than Pet Smart,” raves one satisfied customer. With transparent pricing and no hidden fees, you can count on consistent, top-tier service that won’t break the bank.

Convenient and Hassle-Free Scheduling

Life in Lititz can be busy—and Rover Makeovers respects your time. Booking an appointment is straightforward, and you’ll rarely encounter long lines or wait times.
