Sheetz

Nestled just off the highway in Reading, Pennsylvania, Sheetz stands out as more than just a gas station—it’s a full-service convenience store, coffee shop, beer and wine store, casual restaurant, and car wash all rolled into one. Whether you’re fueling up for a long trip, grabbing a handcrafted coffee, picking up a six-pack of craft beer, or indulging in a quick bite, Sheetz delivers a vibrant, modern atmosphere paired with competitive pricing and irresistible menu innovations.

A Relentless Focus on Order Accuracy & Customer Satisfaction

At the heart of Sheetz’s mission is the promise that every order—whether placed at the counter, through the mobile app, or at the drive-thru—is complete, accurate, and ready when you need it. We recognize that missing sauces or an overlooked side can derail your day, so our team continuously refines its order-packing process. From double-checking mobile orders to ensuring every Cheesy Tater Bomb finds its way into your bag, our goal is simple: no extra trips back inside, no compromise on convenience.

Friendly, Professional Service That Makes a Difference

Review after review, customers praise Sheetz team members who go above and beyond—most notably Tina and Kiara.
• Tina, our Assistant Store Manager, consistently earns shout-outs for turning routine transactions into memorable experiences. Her efficient, courteous approach fosters a welcoming environment for first-time visitors and regulars alike.
• Kiara’s quick thinking and compassionate assistance—offering water and calm to a customer in distress—demonstrate the personal care that defines Sheetz’s culture.

While feedback about staff friendliness has been mixed, we use every comment as an opportunity to train, recognize outstanding performance, and reinforce the importance of professionalism and genuine hospitality.

Fresh, Customizable Eats & Irresistible Snacks

Sheetz’s made-to-order menu is one of its biggest draws. Whether you craft a signature sandwich, layer bold sauces on your chicken wrap, or build the ultimate iced coffee, you control every ingredient. Crowd favorites like the Cheesy Tater Bombs and Cheesy Bacon Broccoli Bites have earned near-legendary status, with customers calling them “a must-try.”
We’ve heard that occasional inconsistencies—soggy lettuce or underfilled wraps—can detract from the experience. That’s why our culinary team continually hones prep standards, ensuring fresh produce, precise portions, and consistent assembly with every order.

Spotless, Modern Interiors & Safe Traffic Flow

The recent remodel in Reading has breathed new life into our store, showcasing bright, inviting décor and meticulously maintained seating areas. Customers consistently applaud the gleaming floors, organized product displays, and modern self-serve coffee stations.
Recognizing some concerns about pump-area traffic, we’re evaluating signage and pump arrangement to streamline vehicle flow and enhance safety, so you can fuel up without confusion or delay.

Competitive Pricing & Rewards for Value-Seekers

Fuel up at Sheetz and discover some of the most competitive gas prices in the region. New rewards card members instantly save 25 cents per gallon, and our app regularly delivers exclusive discounts on coffee, snacks, and car washes. While a few customers have questioned menu pricing versus quality, our commitment remains offering premium ingredients, innovative menu items, and seamless service that add up to exceptional value.
