Sun Valley Campground

Nestled in the rolling hills of Narvon, PA, Sun Valley Campground is your premier destination for outdoor recreation, family fun, and peaceful RV or cabin getaways. As a full-service campground, children’s camp, park, recreation center, and RV park all in one, Sun Valley offers something for every adventurer—from tent campers to families seeking a cozy cabin retreat.

A Warm, Personal Welcome

From the moment you drive through our gates, you’ll notice what guests rave about most: genuine friendliness. Manager Kris and the Sun Valley team greet every camper by name, ensuring that check-in feels more like returning home than arriving at a business. “Mgr Kris is super nice and always makes us feel welcome,” one visitor beams, while another adds, “The staff was very warm and welcoming from the start. They were also very helpful in assisting me… without even having to ask.” This proactive spirit defines our service, making every stay memorable.

Accommodations Tailored to You

Sun Valley Campground accommodates RV travelers, tent campers, and cabin guests alike.
• RV Park Sites: Our park features well-maintained gravel pads, full hookups, and easy access to amenities. Please note that some sites are nestled on gentle hills or narrower lots, so drivers of campers over 24 feet may wish to reserve our most level spots. A few guests have found backing into steeper sites challenging, especially in wet conditions, so leveling blocks or four‐wheel-drive vehicles come highly recommended.
• Cozy Cabins: Looking for home comforts without the hassle of packing? Our rustic cabins come fully stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric range, sink, and grilling gear. “Kitchen: 10/10,” one camper declared. “Everything you need.” While most visitors appreciate the convenience, a handful of campers mention that loft spaces can feel snug; for that reason, families with older children or taller adults sometimes prefer ground‐floor cabins.

Spotless Grounds & Modern Facilities

Cleanliness is a hallmark of Sun Valley Campground. Our newly renovated restrooms and showers sparkle, common areas are meticulously maintained, and grounds teams work daily to keep pathways clear and landscapes pristine. “Campground is perfect, grounds are kept really clean and beautiful,” notes one happy camper. Whether you’re rinsing off after a hike or winding down in fresh linens, you’ll appreciate the attention to detail.

Splash, Play & Unwind

Our expansive, crystal-clear swimming pool is the centerpiece of summer fun—ideal for families, lap swimmers, and social butterflies alike. Poolside lounges, shaded seating, and poolside events keep the vibe lively. Friday Night Bingo is a perennial hit: “The Bingo Friday night is a blast,” reports one guest. From poolside movie nights to themed crafts and water games, there’s always something happening under the sun. If you prefer dry land, explore our recreation center for board games, ping-pong, and laid-back lounging.

Family & Children’s Camp Adventures

Sun Valley doubles as a children's camp playground, offering nature trails, craft workshops, and supervised activities that let kids explore, learn, and make new friends. Parents can relax knowing their children are engaged in safe, age-appropriate programs—from nature scavenger hunts to arts and crafts sessions. Our regular calendar of concerts, family bingo, and scavenger hunts ensures every member of your crew finds their perfect dose of adventure.

Pet-Friendly Perks

Pets are part of the family here at Sun Valley Campground. Our fully fenced dog park provides a secure area for your four-legged friends to romp and socialize, while pet stations stocked with waste-pick-up bags make cleanup easy and convenient. Guests consistently rate our pet-friendly features a “9/10,” praising the thoughtful design and abundant stations scattered throughout the property.

Stay Connected (or Not)

If you need to keep up with work or share your camping selfies in real time, we offer paid Wi-Fi passes—though some campers have found coverage spotty and best near the camp store. Cell service can be limited, especially for Verizon users, so savvy visitors often plan digital detox days or bring signal-boosting solutions. For those ready to unplug, Sun Valley provides the perfect backdrop for a true escape from screens.

Tips for a Seamless Stay

• Book Early: Popular weekends—especially during summer events—fill up quickly.
• Choose Your Spot: If you have an RV over 24 feet, request one of our larger, flatter sites at booking.
• Pack Smart: Bring leveling blocks for uneven sites and a light extension cord for electric hookups.
• Plan for Pool Heater Downtime: While our pool is generally pristine, occasional heater maintenance may affect water temperature. A few campers have flagged this; checking pool status at the front desk can help you schedule swims.
• Embrace the Outdoors: With well-marked trails, scenic picnic areas, and wildlife viewing spots, leave your devices behind and rediscover nature.
