Unmatched Acoustics & Sound Quality

Music lovers and performers alike testify that no music venue in Lancaster County rivals the clarity and richness of sound in Steinman Theatre. Designed by the same acoustician behind Carnegie Hall, this concert hall boasts exceptional acoustic fidelity that highlights the subtlest harmonies and the boldest crescendos. Patrons regularly share how every note travels with precision, creating an immersive auditory experience whether you’re sitting in the front row or the balcony. While a handful of guests have noted isolated sound-system glitches, the venue’s dedicated technical team responds swiftly, ensuring that each performance meets the highest sonic standards.

Comfortable, Accessible, and Inclusive

A great performance is only memorable if your surroundings are equally accommodating. The Ware Center marries comfortable seating with thoughtful accessibility: wide aisles, ramps, railings, and accessible restrooms make every guest feel welcome. Many reviewers praise the well-designed chairs and excellent handicapped access, though some advise that marathon events may feel long in any theater seating. In response, the venue continues to explore seating innovations to enhance comfort during extended presentations. Wheelchair users and families with strollers alike appreciate the level entry points and generous restroom facilities that cater to every need.
