USA Inn and Suites

Nestled in the heart of scenic Morgantown, Pennsylvania, USA Inn and Suites offers a warm welcome and a comfortable base for travelers, whether you’re passing through on business, exploring nearby attractions, or settling in for a longer stay. As a locally owned and operated hotel, we take pride in combining budget‐friendly rates with personalized service, ensuring each guest feels right at home from the moment they arrive.

Genuine Hospitality That Feels Like Family

One of the defining strengths of USA Inn and Suites is our dedicated team. From the friendly faces at the front desk to the housekeeping staff who go the extra mile, our associates consistently earn praise for their warm, helpful attitude. Guests frequently mention being greeted with a smile and receiving prompt assistance—whether they need restaurant recommendations, extra towels, or advice on local sightseeing. This genuine hospitality translates into fewer worries and more memorable moments, as our staff works behind the scenes to make every stay a seamless experience.

Comfortable, Well‐Equipped Rooms

We understand that a restful night’s sleep is the cornerstone of any great trip. Our range of rooms features amenities such as free WiFi, cable TV, a microwave, and a mini-fridge—perfect for quick snacks or a late‐night movie. Many guests rave about the spacious layouts and the standout in‐room jacuzzi tub, affectionately dubbed “The Honeymoon Room” by couples who appreciate that special touch. While some travelers have noted occasional concerns about bed thickness or minor wear, others report sinking into a king‐size mattress that feels just right after a day on the road. We take all feedback to heart and continually review housekeeping and maintenance requests to keep our rooms both inviting and up to standard.

Cleanliness and Care

Cleanliness remains a top priority at USA Inn and Suites. Numerous visitors describe their rooms as spotlessly cleaned, often noting the fresh linens, gleaming bathroom surfaces, and tidy common areas. We’re aware that a small number of guests have experienced issues—such as stains or the occasional maintenance oversight—and we appreciate this constructive feedback. Our management team responds quickly to any reported concern, striving to uphold the consistent hygiene and presentation that our brand promises.

Pet‐Friendly and Convenience‐Focused

We know that pets are part of the family, so at USA Inn and Suites, furry friends are more than welcome. Bringing along your dog is both “awesome” and hassle‐free—no need to make complicated boarding arrangements back home. Travelers towing trailers or hauling gear also appreciate our easy, exterior parking right outside each room door. This direct access means less time searching for a spot and more time enjoying the journey, whether you’re heading out early or returning late.

Flexible Accommodations for Extended Stays

For those on longer trips—be it a multi‐week work assignment or an unexpected vehicle repair—USA Inn and Suites excels at flexibility. Guests who stay a week or more often find our rates more economical than competing hotels. When one traveler’s van broke down nearby, our team happily extended her stay at a preferred rate until her repairs were complete. It’s this willingness to adapt to your schedule and needs that earns repeat visits and loyal recommendations.

Value, Transparency, and Continuous Improvement

We strive to provide transparent pricing and honest value. Many guests praise our competitive rates and the breadth of included amenities, while a few have noted extra fees for additional occupants. We listen closely to every comment, ensuring our rate structure and service offerings align as closely as possible with expectations. Regular maintenance checks, periodic facility upgrades, and targeted renovations are underway to refresh room décor, replace dated fixtures, and reduce noise disruptions—like addressing thin wall insulation or updating air‐conditioning units.
