Happy hour at The Hideaway runs Sunday and Tuesday through Thursday from 8 to 10 PM, with $1 off well drinks and $2 off mid to top shelf drinks. Those are the only nights and hours it applies. No end date is stated.

The Hideaway, also known as the Old School House Bar, is the bar side of Esposito's Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria at 1540 Friedensburg Rd. in Reading. The bar opens at 6 PM, closing at midnight Sunday through Thursday and at 2 AM on Friday and Saturday.

It is more than a sports bar. Regulars come for karaoke on Thursdays from 7 to 12, trivia on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 10, open mic on Fridays from 9 to 11, and live music on Saturdays. Wednesday brings $3 White Claws and $0.75 wings, and Thursday adds $2 Yuengling bottles and a $7.99 burger with fries.

Pool tables, dart boards, skills machines, a jukebox, and bar games are available to play daily. The full Esposito's menu is available too, which means the signature pizzas, pasta, subs, and appetizers from the restaurant side. Catering and banquet service are handled from the same kitchen.
