Berks County Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Try a Free Class

Berks County Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is offering a free trial class, and you can use it for jiu-jitsu, kickboxing or fitness. Their own wording on it is simple: try a free class. No code is needed, no fine print is stated, and no end date is listed.
They are a martial arts school at 4700 N 5th Street Highway in Temple. The same building works as a boxing gym, kickboxing school and fitness center, so Gi and No-Gi grappling, striking and strength training all happen under one roof.
What students single out is the coaching. Lessons get tailored to the person in front of the instructor, from a first hip escape to competition sweeps, with clear explanations and hands-on correction. The room has a no-ego feel, with white belts and black belts training side by side, and the mats are kept clean and checked daily.
The schedule covers adult jiu-jitsu, kids jiu-jitsu, striking and boxing fundamentals, and strength and conditioning. There is a homeschool program for kids, private lessons, weekend open mat for extra drilling, and birthday party packages that start with a jiu-jitsu crash course.
It is a short drive up Route 61 in Temple. The free class is published on their website at bcbjj.org, under the Try A Free Class link, and a phone number is listed there if you would rather ask about the schedule first.
