About the event
MercyMe brings the MercyMe LIVE tour to Santander Arena in downtown Reading, with special guests Ben Fuller and Peter Burton sharing the stage. The Texas band has spent decades writing songs that listeners return to in moments of celebration and in seasons that call for encouragement, and this tour is built around that connection between the band and the people singing along.
Expect a set that moves between longtime favorites such as "I Can Only Imagine" and "Even If" and newer material including "Make It Well" and "Wake Up Sleeper." Frontman Bart Millard's story behind "I Can Only Imagine" reached a wider audience through the film it inspired, and the song remains a touchstone for audiences across generations.
Ben Fuller is a Nashville-based singer-songwriter from a Vermont dairy farm whose country-leaning songs, among them "Who I Am" and "If I Got Jesus," grew out of his own story of faith and recovery. Peter Burton rounds out the lineup, making for an evening of familiar choruses, new discoveries, and plenty of room to sing together. Doors open at 5:30 PM.
Hosted by Santander Arena on BerksConnect.
