Baby Bistro Breastfeeding Support Group in Reading
Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center runs Baby Bistro, a monthly gathering where area moms talk about the joys and challenges of breastfeeding and meet with a member of the hospital's lactation team for support with breastfeeding, pumping and returning to work.
The group meets three times a month, at different times and places:
- First Wednesday of each month, 9-11 a.m., at St. Joseph Medical Center, 2500 Bernville Road, 2nd Floor, Franciscan Room A, Reading, PA 19605
- Second Thursday of each month, noon to 2 p.m., at the Downtown Campus, 145 N. 6th St., Ground Floor, Centering Pregnancy Room #217, Reading, PA 19601
- Third Thursday of each month, 4-6 p.m., at St. Joseph Medical Center or other locations. For this meeting, check the Facebook page or call or text to find out where it is being held.

Due to COVID restrictions, only mom and baby are allowed, and masks are required. Light refreshments and snacks are provided.
