Free Afterschool Snacks and Suppers for Reading Children and Teens From Centro Hispano
Centro Hispano Daniel Torres serves free afterschool snacks and suppers to children and teens at 12 approved sites in Reading. The At-Risk Afterschool Snack and Supper Program is federally funded through the Child and Adult Care Food Program, and in Pennsylvania it is run by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Centro Hispano takes part in collaboration with the Olivet Boys & Girls Clubs of Berks County, The Salvation Army, 21st Century and Communities in School.
