Monthly Food Pantry in Birdsboro From Exeter Bible Fellowship Church
The Exeter BFC Food Pantry hands out boxes of food from the church parking lot in Birdsboro on the second Saturday of every month, working with Helping Harvest Fresh Food Bank and with individuals who donate to support the pantry.
The pantry is an outreach for people in the community who have a need for food. Households qualify by income, based on 185% of poverty. Under the limits effective July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, a household of 1 can have up to $28,953 a year or $2,413 a month, a household of 2 up to $39,128 a year or $3,261 a month, a household of 3 up to $49,303 a year or $4,109 a month, and a household of 4 up to $59,478 a year or $4,957 a month. The limits go up to a household of 8 at $100,178 a year or $8,349 a month, and $10,175 a year or $848 a month is added for each additional family member.
Eligible families receive a pre-packaged box of non-perishable food weighing approximately 25 lbs., plus additional perishable items. The food is given out through a drive-thru system in the church parking lot, so you can stay in your car.
There is no need to pre-register. Check-in and newcomer registration are handled on site, and church volunteers will be there to help each new family complete the necessary form. The intake form is posted on the pantry page in English and in Spanish if you want to look at it ahead of time.
Distributions are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month, 10-12, at Exeter Bible Fellowship Church, 926 Philadelphia Terrace, Birdsboro, PA 19508. For general questions, the church's contact phone is (610)582-4191, and the church office hours are Mon to Fri 10AM - 3PM.
