Certified Veterinary Technician/Nurse

Noah's Glen Animal Hospital, an equal opportunity employer, is currently seeking an exceptional certified veterinary technician/nurse to join its team.

The role is described as an essential, integral part of the health care team; applicants should be compassionate, motivated, versatile, confident in their own skills and themselves, and ideally have at least 2 years of experience in small animal/exotic/avian practice.

Responsibilities include

• everything required in a full-service veterinary practice: a competent working knowledge of preventive care and medical conditions,
• confidence and proficiency in assisting with anesthetic, surgical and office procedures,
• the ability to perform laboratory testing,
• and administering prescribed treatments and nursing care.

Fear Free certification, AVImark software experience and cross-training (client reception, phone skills) are considered a big plus but are not required.
