Veterinary Receptionist

Noah's Glen Animal Hospital is currently hiring a veterinary receptionist to serve as an ambassador to the practice and the first point of contact for clients and patients.

Applicants should be compassionate, possess exceptional people skills, and ideally have at least 1 year of experience in a veterinary practice or a closely related field; computer proficiency and literacy are a must.

Duties include

• those required in any medical office plus those unique to veterinary practice: greeting clients and patients
• scheduling appointments
• answering phones
• operating business machines
• maintaining files
• and keeping the waiting and reception areas warm, friendly and inviting.

Fear Free certification, AVImark software experience and cross-training (assisting directly with patient care and treatment) are a huge plus but not a deal breaker.
