Electrical Engineer

Martarano Engineering, Inc. seeks a Project Manager with an electrical engineering background to join its MEP firm. Duties include managing all aspects of projects, including proposal writing, scope development, design scope definition, scheduling, staff management, and construction administration; completing projects successfully while ensuring quality and on-time delivery within budget; managing multiple projects across disciplines (MEP/FP) and with various clients through all stages of design and construction; leading and mentoring all electrical engineering designers; and overseeing design disciplines covering lighting, power and low voltage systems, electrical load calculations, and layouts. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis), a Professional Engineer (PE) license, professional verbal and written communication skills, a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience with a preference for project management, strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Teams, AutoCAD, Revit and PDF editing, experience with specification writing using Masterspec or a similar program, and a strong working knowledge of applicable state and local building codes.
