Outpatient Therapist

Emotional Compass LLC, a trauma-informed, culturally responsive outpatient practice serving clients across Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated licensed (or pre-licensed) Mental Health Professional to join its team on a contract basis.

The practice specializes in perinatal mental health, EMDR-based treatment, doula services, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, serving children, adolescents, adults, and families through remote and hybrid sessions, with an emphasis on flexibility, autonomy, work-life balance, and clinical excellence.

The therapist provides quality client care in-office and/or via telehealth.

This is a 1099 contractor, part-time role with no benefits, based in Reading, Pennsylvania (virtual or in-person).

Schedule is flexible at 10-15 hours per week, with a minimum requirement of 15 client hours per week.

Compensation is $45-$60 per hour.

Requirements include:

• an active CAQH profile
• an active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• valid and active Pennsylvania licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, PsyD, or pre-licensed under supervision)
• a minimum of 10-15 hours per week availability
• strong documentation and time management skills
• and active liability insurance; being bilingual in Spanish is optional.
