Remodeling Lead Carpenter / Project Coordinator

Forino's growing remodeling division seeks a highly skilled, self-motivated Remodeling Lead Carpenter / Project Coordinator, a hands-on carpenter who also communicates directly with homeowners, coordinates project details, and supports estimating and project planning.

The role requires a professional who can work independently with minimal supervision, represent the company well in customers' homes, and keep small to mid-sized remodeling projects moving smoothly.

Carpentry and On-Site Duties Include

• performing high-quality carpentry such as framing, trim work, door and window installation, cabinetry adjustments, and general remodeling tasks
• maintaining jobsite organization, cleanliness, and safety
• and proactively solving day-to-day construction issues

Client Interaction Duties Include

• conducting on-site walk-throughs with homeowners to discuss scope, progress, and next steps
• communicating clearly and professionally while representing company values
• and explaining remodeling processes, timelines, expectations, and decisions homeowners need to make

Project Coordination Duties Include

• reviewing plans, scopes of work, and material lists and following up on missing information
• coordinating with subcontractors and internal team members to keep work on schedule
• assisting with scheduling inspections, deliveries, and trade partners
• and documenting progress with photos, notes, and updates in company systems

Estimating and Job Setup Duties Include
