Forino's growing remodeling division is hiring a highly skilled, self-motivated Remodeling Lead Carpenter / Project Coordinator based at 555 Mountain Home Road, Sinking Spring, PA.

The role suits a hands-on carpenter who also communicates directly with homeowners, coordinates project details, and supports estimating and project planning, working independently with minimal supervision, representing the company well inside customers' homes, and keeping small to mid-sized remodeling projects on track.

Carpentry and On-Site Duties Include

• high-quality framing, trim work, door and window installation, cabinetry adjustments and general remodeling tasks;
• maintaining jobsite organization, cleanliness and safety;
• and proactively solving day-to-day construction issues.

Client Interaction Duties Include

• conducting on-site walk-throughs with homeowners to discuss scope, progress and next steps;
• communicating clearly and professionally while representing company values;
