Piazza Acura of Reading is hiring Service Technicians for its high-volume Service Center, offering a hiring bonus of up to $5,000. The dealership is recruiting Level "A" and Level "B" technicians and also welcomes recent technical school graduates. Level "A" and "B" technicians must hold a current PA State Emissions & Inspections License; a valid state driver's license and the ability to pass a background and MVR check are required. Duties include performing work as specified on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, diagnosing the cause of malfunctions and performing and documenting repairs, communicating with the parts department to obtain needed parts, examining vehicles to determine whether additional safety or service work is needed, notifying the Service Advisor immediately when repairs cannot be completed in the time promised, road-testing vehicles when required, keeping the shop area organized and clean, and complying with company safety policies, procedures and environmental rules.
