Qualifications

An active Special Education PreK-12 or Special Education PreK-8 Pennsylvania Teaching Certification is required

Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the physical and psychological aspects of elementary aged children and good communication skills

Must understand and be able to teach the approved curriculum

Job description

A special education teaching position, focusing on providing instruction to students in grades K-4, at Wyomissing Hills Elementary Center is available for the 2026-2027 academic year. Prior experience as a special education teacher is preferred. Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of the physical and psychological aspects of elementary aged children and good communication skills.
