Dungeons and Dragons Club for Tweens
Starts Tue, Oct 13, 6:00 PM · Free · Ages 10 to 12
About the program
This club invites tweens to play Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition at Brandywine Community Library. Game Master Morgan teaches players how the game works, so no experience is needed. Teamwork is required.
Dungeons and Dragons is a cooperative storytelling game. The Game Master and the players role-play characters in a shared story, using improvisation, problem solving, critical thinking, creative writing, social literacy, and collaboration. New players make a character at the start of each meeting and begin at level 1. Pre-filled character sheets are available for anyone who wants one.
Meetings are held in the evening at the library, at 60 Tower Drive in Topton. Registration is not required, but the library appreciates it because space is limited.
