Ka Mana Movement is the Polynesian Excel Team at Culture Shock Performing Arts Center. Dancers train together in Polynesian dance in a two hour session, and the team is open to all ages and genders.

The team meets Sunday evenings, from 6 PM to 8 PM, every other week through the studio season. The schedule panel on this listing carries the current run of dates.

Culture Shock also runs Polynesian classes at several levels on weeknights, so dancers have other places to keep working on technique. Spots on the team are limited, and registration is handled online through the studio's class openings page.
