About the workshop
This single session workshop at GoggleWorks Center for the Arts is built for homeschooled students ages 10 to 13. Students begin with the basics of drawing and still life, then build their skills by working with different materials and with objects chosen for their Halloween theme.
All skill levels are welcome, so students can come with no drawing experience or with some already. Instructor Ailish Conway leads the class. Students are invited to wear their favorite Halloween costume and join in the fun.
The workshop meets on a Tuesday afternoon in the Drawing and Painting Classroom, room 318, on the third floor of GoggleWorks at 201 Washington Street in Reading. If you are not sure where to go, the Community Ambassador at the front desk can point you to the room. Sign up ahead of time through the GoggleWorks website, where scholarship information is also available.
