About the workshop
Try glassblowing in a single evening workshop and make your own beverage glass. A GoggleWorks instructor guides the work, and the session is open to all skill levels, so no experience is needed. The class meets in the Glassblowing Studio in Building 5 on the GoggleWorks campus.
Your glass needs time to cool, so you return on a Sunday afternoon to pick it up at Thorn Alley Kitchen at GoggleWorks. That second half of the workshop finishes with a demonstration and a wine tasting led by the bartender. This one is for ages 21 and over only. Wear closed-toe shoes, and bring a hair tie if you have long hair; both are required in the hot shop.
Sign up online through the GoggleWorks class page. Registration closes five business days before the class begins. If you have a group of four or more, GoggleWorks also books private hands-on glassblowing workshops.
