Hispanic Heritage Month: Art Pod Sacred Hearts
Starts Tue, Sep 22, 3:30 PM · Free · Ages 0 to 17

About the class
The Northwest Branch of the Reading Public Library marks Hispanic Heritage Month with an Art Pod craft session. In this one, kids and teens make sacred hearts, a craft drawn from Hispanic cultural traditions.
Materials are provided, so there is nothing to bring. The program is open to children and teens, from the youngest visitors through age 17, and younger children will likely want a grown-up nearby to help with the craft steps. Art Pod runs a series of culture-inspired crafts through the heritage month, so this is one of several sessions families can drop in on.
It takes place at the Northwest Branch, 901 Schuylkill Ave in Reading. Check the schedule panel above for the date and time, and contact the branch ahead if you want to confirm space or ask about supplies.
