About the program
Pokemon Club brings card players together at the Reading Public Library's Northwest Branch on Schuylkill Ave in Reading. Players trade cards with each other and battle. If you have never played before, library staff can teach you the basics.
The club is open to kids and teens ages 6 to 17. A few decks are available to borrow, but the supply is limited, so bring your own cards and deck if you have them. Meetings run in the late afternoon on Thursdays and last about 45 minutes.
