About the program
Qigong is an ancient Asian practice that combines breathing, mindfulness and gentle movement. The Wyomissing Public Library hosts a weekly practice on Tuesday mornings in its community room, led by Jay Umble, a Certified Qigong Instructor based in West Reading.
Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Masks are optional. The practice is open to the public, and adults and seniors are welcome.
Registration is required. Contact the library by phone or email to reserve a spot. There is a small per-class fee, which is listed in the details panel.
