What You Can Expect

From the moment you arrive, you’ll appreciate Bergers Motel’s focus on value and simplicity. Clean, no-frills rooms are priced with the budget-minded guest in mind—many patrons point to the weekly rates as a key reason they keep coming back. Inside each room, you’ll find the basics you need: a cozy bed, working climate control, and routine housekeeping that keeps common areas tidy. While the property bears a bit of vintage character—some guests note the décor harkens back several decades—this retro appeal often sparks conversations among visitors rather than detracting from their stay.

If you prefer to book in person, the motel’s onsite staff will be ready to welcome you with a friendly greeting and a straightforward check-in process. While some guests have experienced challenges reaching Bergers Motel by phone, those who arrive in person often comment on the warm, attentive welcome they receive from the owners, who take pride in ensuring you have everything you need.

Why Guests Choose Bergers Motel

• Safe and Secure Environment
Security is a top priority at Bergers Motel. Many travelers—and especially those working late shifts—have praised the sense of safety they feel on the premises. With respectful neighbors and a no-nonsense atmosphere, you can rest easy knowing your belongings and your peace of mind are in good hands.

• Quiet, Neighborly Atmosphere
If you value tranquility, you’ll love the calm setting here. Guests frequently highlight the considerate neighbors and the overall hush of the property after dark. Whether you need an uninterrupted night’s sleep after a long workday or a peaceful spot to catch up on emails, Bergers Motel delivers the serenity you need.

• Attentive, Personable Ownership
Several reviews single out the owners as a genuine asset. More than just landlords, they offer hands-on care—making rounds to ensure rooms are stocked, addressing concerns in person, and remembering returning guests by name. This one-on-one attention brings a personal touch that larger chains simply can’t match.

• Exceptional Value for Weekly Stays
Designed with weekly renters in mind, Bergers Motel offers rates that cater to professionals on extended assignments—truck drivers, field technicians, and business travelers among them. Many guests find the lodging cost-effective, particularly when compared to sleeping options near the airport or in busier parts of town.

Booking and Eligibility

Bergers Motel primarily offers weekly rentals and maintains specific eligibility guidelines. While this focused approach allows the motel to keep rates low, it can feel restrictive if you’re seeking short-term or nightly reservations. Guests considering a stay are encouraged to inquire about age requirements and rental terms before arrival. When in doubt, drop by the front desk or send an email to secure the best chance of a warm reception and a clear understanding of policies.

Conveniently located just a few miles from Kutztown University and a short drive from the regional airport, Bergers Motel is perfectly positioned for both students visiting campus and travelers seeking an economical overnight stop. The surrounding neighborhood is peppered with local diners, grocery stores, and 24-hour service stations, making it easy to grab a meal or refuel before hitting the road.
