Very reasonable, fixes things right first time.” Another client praised our technician Derek Rojas for clear communication and problem-solving prowess: “Worked with Derek Rojas—he was awesome… made it easy for me.”

Sales & Finance Support That Goes the Extra Mile

Purchasing a vehicle or financing a fleet shouldn’t be stressful. Our sales consultant Mike S. and finance specialist Shawn routinely stay beyond business hours to finalize deals seamlessly. One customer raved, “Mike S and Sean are FANTASTIC!!!! Went above and beyond,” while another noted they “stayed more than an hour past closing to finish the deal.” That level of dedication turns complicated paperwork into “one of the best auto deals” you’ll ever experience.

Scheduling, Wait Times & Continuous Improvement

We understand that your time is invaluable. Most appointments run like clockwork—“In and out in no time,” remarks a frequent visitor. When part availability causes a delay, we communicate promptly and work to minimize downtime (“Took three days because the airbag was not available and had to be ordered”). This transparent scheduling keeps projects moving and helps you plan your day with confidence.

Commitment to Safe, Friendly Service

At Commercial Truck Shop – Tom Masano, exceptional customer care is our guiding principle. Many guests praise our knowledgeable, approachable team members at the counter, describing them as “friendly” and “helpful.” We acknowledge that, on rare occasions, service interactions have felt impersonal. Rest assured, we’re actively reinforcing our customer-service training to ensure every visitor receives the warm, respectful welcome they deserve.

Addressing Challenges Head-On

Feedback drives our growth. Recent reviews noted concerns about parking-lot maintenance—potholes, tight spaces, and a high-curb entrance. We’re investing in repaving and improved signage to enhance safety and accessibility for cars and heavy trucks alike. Additionally, we take any reports of post-service vehicle marks seriously. Our post-service inspection protocols have been strengthened to prevent even a single scrape from slipping through.
