Impeccable Cleanliness & Thoughtful Comfort

Spotless rooms, freshly laundered linens, and meticulously maintained common areas set a high standard at Country View PA B&B. One guest marveled, “The property is absolutely immaculate in every respect; the inside is so clean that one could virtually eat off of the floor!” Beyond just sparkle and shine, each accommodation is designed for maximum comfort. The Loft Suite, a repeat favorite, boasts vaulted ceilings, modern décor, and a plush king-size bed—“just as wonderful as the online pictures showed. It exceeded our expectations … and I’m very picky.” Cozy cottages and guest rooms are equally well-appointed, featuring home-style furnishings, thoughtful amenities, and peaceful views that lull you into instant relaxation.

Homemade Breakfast Delights to Savor

No stay at this Kinzers bed & breakfast is complete without sampling the signature homemade continental breakfast. Wake up to a tempting spread of freshly baked oatmeal, housemade sourdough bread, seasonal fruit, yogurt, and a rotating selection of pastries. Travelers frequently proclaim it the best breakfast they’ve ever had: “Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had (way better than hotel).” For many, the baked oatmeal steals the show—“over-the-top delicious!”—and becomes a morning ritual guests eagerly anticipate. Each dish is lovingly prepared with farm-fresh ingredients, ensuring every bite feels nourishing, comforting, and authentically local.

A Serene Amish-Country Setting

Country View PA B&B sits just a few miles from busy tourist hubs, yet transports you into a world of pastoral tranquility. Guests describe it as “away from the tourist area by only a few miles but a world away,” where panoramic views of cornfields and timber-framed barns paint each sunrise. Well-kept gardens, winding walking paths, and inviting rocking chairs on the wraparound porches set the stage for long, lazy afternoons. Whether you’re journaling with a cup of coffee, lounging with a good book, or snapping photos of the horizon, the pace here encourages mindful presence and rejuvenation.

Charming Farm Animal Encounters

Adding a distinctive countryside charm, the property is home to friendly goats, chickens, and turkeys that roam peacefully outdoors. Families especially delight in feeding and petting the animals: “We enjoyed walking the property and seeing their animals,” one guest recounted. The playful cluck of hens and the gentle bleating of goats underscore mornings spent exploring the grounds, giving children and adults alike a hands-on taste of farm life. These small moments of connection to nature transform a simple stay into an immersive, heartwarming experience.
