A Personal Touch: Dog Greeters and Pro Tips

From the moment you arrive, Maverick and Remington—the dealership’s friendly canine ambassadors—offer a warm welcome that makes every visit memorable. “Doggie greeters…are the very best customer service pups in the business,” enthuses one guest. Beyond wagging tails, European Motors goes the extra mile by sharing expert maintenance tips. Whether it’s advice on oil-change intervals or choosing premium fuel for optimal engine health, “I usually learn a thing or two,” says a grateful driver, ensuring you’re empowered to care for your Volvo between visits.

Hassle-Free Out-of-State Purchases

European Motors understands that great deals know no borders. For buyers traveling from afar, the team streamlines export paperwork and shipping arrangements, even accommodating weekend pickups. One customer from Delaware recalls, “Nate was excellent in communication and worked with me to pick it up on a weekend day,” while another notes, “He did most of the paperwork and set up the shipping…all I had to do was write a check.” This hassle-free approach removes stress and makes owning a European-built car truly global.

Commitment to Continuous Improvement

No business is perfect, and European Motors takes even the rare occasional service hiccup as an opportunity to learn. When a few customers reported minor oversights—like a forgotten washer-fluid fill or a diagnostic that didn’t immediately resolve a noise—the team addressed concerns promptly and refined their quality-control checks. This responsiveness underscores a culture that values feedback and strives to exceed expectations with every service.
