A Clean, Well-Organized Shopping Experience

This organized layout not only makes finding ingredients a breeze but also enhances the overall ambiance, encouraging you to linger and explore new products at your leisure.

Fresh Produce and Specialty Selections

GIANT excels at delivering a wide range of fresh fruits, vegetables, and specialty items. Many customers remark on the “nice fresh fruit and vegetable section,” highlighting the store’s commitment to quality produce. If you follow a special diet, you’ll appreciate an expansive gluten-free and organic assortment. One delighted shopper shared, “The deli is gluten free! My husband is a celiac and was so excited to notice plus they have a good selection of gluten free food in the organic section.” From hard-to-find grains to gourmet cheeses, GIANT’s specialty aisles cater to dietary needs and adventurous palates alike.

(Occasionally, stock gaps or produce spoilage can occur—some patrons have reported bruised vegetables or fruit flies. The store continually refines inventory practices to uphold the freshness you expect.)

Delicious Deli Options and Evolving Service

While GIANT’s deli boasts an impressive lineup of cold cuts, cheeses, and ready-to-eat meals, a few customers have mentioned slow service and hygiene concerns at the counter. Rest assured, management is listening. Recent feedback about understaffing and slicer cleanliness has spurred schedule adjustments and stricter sanitation protocols. Meanwhile, fans of fresh, made-to-order sandwiches can still count on the deli’s gluten-free offerings and convenient grab-and-go selections for lunch on the fly.

U-Scan Self-Checkout for Faster Trips

GIANT leads the way in convenient checkout with its U-Scan self-scan system. Simply scan your rewards card, pick up a handheld scanner, and breeze through checkout without unloading and rebagging your cart. One frequent shopper enthused, “Saved so much time,” while another noted, “No more unloading the cart and rebagging.” When equipment hiccups happen, staff are on standby to assist—ensuring minimal disruption to your speedy exit. Whether you’re in a hurry before work or juggling weekend errands, U-Scan is designed to get you in and out quickly.

Friendly, Professional Staff

The heart of GIANT is its team of dedicated associates. Customers frequently single out standout employees like Justin, the courteous cashier who “always had a smile” and went the extra mile by double-bagging heavy items. On busy Friday nights, night-shift clerk Sage has also earned kudos for her upbeat greeting and efficient service, creating a welcoming vibe even when lines stretch down the aisle. While most encounters are warm and professional, occasional lapses in training are being addressed to ensure every staff member reflects GIANT’s standard of customer care.

Rewards, Pricing, and Promotions

GIANT offers competitive pricing and a robust rewards program to maximize your savings. Load digital coupons, clip weekly specials, and watch your discounts stack up at checkout. Shoppers appreciate bargains on pantry staples and seasonal deals—but some note that accessing certain promotions requires using the store’s app. For those who prefer paper coupons, GIANT continues to provide in-store signage and printed flyers highlighting current offers.

For added convenience, GIANT’s online ordering and curbside pickup service allows you to shop from home and collect your groceries curbside.
