Personalized Care & Expert Training

At Hound Hollow Farm, your dog is more than a client; they’re an honored guest whose unique personality shapes their training experience. Missy takes the time to get to know each dog’s temperament and learning style, designing sessions that build confidence, reinforce positive behaviors, and foster trust between you and your pet. This individualized approach is why customers rave: “Missy loves my dog like I do!” Well-loved pets leave our facility relaxed and eager to continue their progress at home—and owners leave confident they’re part of a supportive training journey. Whether you’re addressing basic manners or tackling more complex behavioral challenges, our evidence-based methods combine kindness, patience, and clear communication for lasting results.

A Home-Like Environment with Spacious Runs

Step into our clean, odor-free facility and you’ll see why Hound Hollow Farm feels so inviting—for dogs and owners alike. Gone are the days of cramped cages: here, every guest enjoys a generous kennel run with free access to a secured outdoor area where they can roam, play, or simply bask in the sunshine. “Topaz was NOT in a cage. She was in a big kennel run that had an outside area so she could come and go as she liked,” shared one delighted pet parent. Our thoughtfully designed spaces balance safety with freedom, ensuring socialization opportunities, supervised playgroups, and quiet corners for rest. The result is a calm environment where dogs thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Transparent Pricing & Flexible Policies

Quality dog care shouldn’t come with hidden fees or confusing fine print. At Hound Hollow Farm, we believe in straightforward, competitive pricing that reflects the skilled care you trust us to provide. “The prices are so reasonable,” is a sentiment we hear time and again, as clients appreciate both the value and peace of mind. We maintain clear policies for pickups, holiday care, and extended stays, and our team is always ready to discuss any concerns. For extended stays or holiday bookings, we’ll alert you in advance to avoid surprises and discuss alternative arrangements if plans change. While we strive to be flexible, our policies ensure consistency and fairness for all guests. If you have questions or special requests, simply let us know—we’re here to help.

Clear Communication & Professional Partnerships

Open communication is at the heart of every successful training program or boarding experience. Clients tell us they love the regular updates and photos we share: “Missy kept me well informed on how Chopper was doing.” We acknowledge that on rare occasions our communication may fall short, and we continually refine our processes—sending timely reports, answering calls and emails promptly, and ensuring every detail is covered before your dog’s stay. To maintain a professional, courteous atmosphere, our team undergoes regular customer-service coaching—ensuring every inquiry is treated with warmth and respect. Whether you need progress notes, behavior tips, or just a friendly check-in, you can count on Hound Hollow Farm to keep you in the loop.
