At New Penn, careful delivery handling isn’t just a tagline—it’s a promise. Customers frequently highlight the extra effort our drivers take to protect every shipment, whether it’s a heavy pallet or a delicate bubble hockey table. One happy customer recounted how the driver “backed his truck into my driveway, lowered the pallet holding my bubble hockey table to the ground, and then… pushed it into my garage.” This level of inside delivery service for fragile or bulky items demonstrates New Penn’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding your goods from door to door. Time is money in today’s fast-paced economy, and New Penn understands the value of speed without sacrificing quality. Many customers note the office personnel’s approachable manner: “Everyone there treats you nice,” one review confirms, while another praises the “nice people in the office.” Whether you’re coordinating a complex shipping schedule or dropping off a single pallet, you’ll find knowledgeable staff ready to answer questions and offer guidance. While no organization is perfect—and a handful of customers have expressed frustration over unfriendly interactions—New Penn consistently strives to refine its training and customer-service culture, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Convenience and Accessibility

Situated in an easily accessible location in Reading, PA, New Penn’s shipping terminal is simple to find and designed for smooth in-and-out service. Retired truck drivers and novices alike appreciate our clear signage, spacious loading docks, and on-site equipment. One customer, drawing on decades of over-the-road experience, noted how our team “helped me load and tie down in my pickup truck,” making the entire process pain-free. Whether you operate a fleet of cross-dock trailers or you’re hand-carrying a single crate, you’ll benefit from a facility layout that maximizes convenience and minimizes wait times.

Balancing Reliability with Continuous Improvement

No logistics provider is immune to the occasional challenge, and New Penn is upfront about areas where we’re working to improve. A small number of clients have reported lost or damaged shipments, raising valid concerns about reliability. New Penn views this feedback as an opportunity to strengthen our quality-control measures, expand tracking visibility, and enhance our driver training programs.
