Customers appreciate that they can roll in with an unexpected issue and be back on the road in no time: “The company was able to help me almost immediately with the concern I had with no prior appointment,” noted one review. Whether you’re discussing complex engine diagnostics or routine preventive maintenance, you can trust that your truck is in capable hands—and that you’ll be treated with the courtesy you deserve.

Ownership Transition & Continued Excellence

When Homan Fleet Services passed the reins to the new owners, many wondered if the same standard of care would persist. The answer? A resounding yes. “New owners OTC Fleet Services. Excellent service, very professional!” declares one local operator. Under fresh leadership, the shop has not only preserved its strong reputation but has also infused new energy and innovative problem-solving approaches into every repair bay. It’s a seamless evolution built on a foundation of integrity.

While the vast majority of customers laud OTC Fleet Services’ expertise and customer-first mindset, the team remains humble and committed to learning from every interaction.
