Unmatched Product Selection & Variety

At Petco Lancaster, variety is our strength. You’ll discover aisle upon aisle of premium dog food, treats, chew toys, and bedding for small mammals. Fish enthusiasts can browse our tropical fish store section, featuring colorful guppies, pristine goldfish collections, and a rotating selection of freshwater and saltwater species. Reptile owners appreciate our curated reptile store offerings—heat lamps, habitat décor, and specialized diets for snakes, geckos, and turtles. While some shoppers note that ultra-specialty bird and small-mammal supplies can be harder to come by, our team is continually updating stock to meet demand, ensuring healthy animals and clean, well-maintained habitats.

Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff

Customers consistently highlight the warmth and expertise of our associates. Emma, a go-to team member, has earned praise for her patience and deep product knowledge—whether she’s guiding you through puppy essentials or troubleshooting aquarium questions. Ray plays a starring role in our online ordering and curbside pickup system, smoothing each transaction so you can get back to enjoying time with your pets. Though every business experiences an occasional lapse, we’re proud that most visitors describe our staff as polite, professional, and genuinely invested in their pet’s well-being.

Grooming Excellence with a Personal Touch

Looking for top-tier grooming in Lancaster? Santiago leads our grooming services with breed-specific expertise and a laid-back style that puts pets (and their humans) at ease. Reviews applaud his attention to detail and ability to follow even the most exacting requests—delivering clean, comfortable trims that highlight each dog’s unique personality. We recognize that consistency is key, and while our grooming floor sometimes runs behind schedule, our team is dedicated to improving communication and minimizing wait times. Expect dogs to return fluffy, refreshed, and camera-ready—often leaving pet parents impressed by the $–value of a well-executed groom.

Private Training Lessons with Dana

Our commitment to holistic pet care extends beyond food and grooming. Dana, our on-site private trainer, offers one-on-one lessons tailored to your dog’s temperament and your family’s lifestyle. Whether you’re tackling obedience basics or shaping advanced behaviors, Dana’s clear guidance and patient approach help pets and owners build lasting bonds.

Aquatic & Reptile Haven

As a tropical fish store and goldfish store, Petco Lancaster offers the equipment and expertise required to keep your aquarium thriving. From filters and water conditioners to live plants and decorative scapes, we support hobbyists of all levels. Our reptile store section features quality enclosures, heating solutions, and nutritional supplements for every cold-blooded companion. We strive to maintain healthy, stress-free habitats; though a few visitors have spotted signs of overcrowding or aging stock, our fish-care team continuously refreshes tanks and monitors water quality to uphold Petco’s brand standards.

Easy Online Ordering & Pickup

Pressed for time? Tap into our seamless online shopping portal. Customers rave about placing orders from home and driving up for curbside pickup without hassle. Ray and the pickup crew coordinate orders with precision—double-checking fish lists, specialty diets, and training supplies to ensure a perfect match. This streamlined process has earned high marks for saving busy pet parents valuable time and leaving them confident they’ve got exactly what their pets need.

For routine wellness care, vaccinations, and affordable diagnostics, our in-store Petco Vet Clinics are a local favorite.
