One happy parent marveled, “With two messy kids … they cleaned every detail on my car,” while another customer noted, “a bunch of people hand washing your car and scrubbing thoroughly, seeing the spots they’re missing.” It’s this dedication to deep-cleaning that makes Premier Auto Spa stand out among Reading’s many options.

Warm, Professional Staff Who Cater to Your Needs

You’ll be greeted by name and welcomed into the process from the moment you arrive. Outstanding Value & Premium Interior Care

Premier Auto Spa offers tiered packages designed to meet every budget and level of pampering. Customers repeatedly praise the fair pricing, noting “You can’t beat the service for the price” and “I thought they provided fantastic value.” For those seeking an elevated clean, the Gold Package Interior Care is a must. This premium service goes beyond a standard vacuum and wipe-down—delivering a deep interior clean and a lasting fresh scent that leaves drivers feeling like they’ve just stepped into a brand-new car. Patrons who opt for the Gold Package rave, “My car smelled AMAZING…time they took to wash my car was very appreciated.”

Relax in Modern, Comfort-Focused Facilities

While your car is in expert hands, you can unwind in Premier Auto Spa’s climate-controlled lounge. Thoughtfully designed with plush seating, complimentary coffee, water, and light snacks, plus upbeat music, the waiting area turns idle time into a mini-retreat. Guests comment on the comfort and cleanliness: “Waiting area was nice and clean. AC. They offered water and/or coffee while I waited,” and “Free coffee & good music.” It’s this attention to small comforts that elevates a routine car wash into a memorable, customer-friendly outing.

Fair Turnaround & Ongoing Quality Assurance

Though a few guests note slightly longer wait times during peak hours, most agree the results more than justify any pause. As one reviewer put it, “Not the fastest but worth the wait. Always super impressed with the results. 10/10.” Premier Auto Spa understands that consistency is key, and they continually refine their process to minimize variability. On the rare occasion a customer experiences an uneven clean, the team is quick to address concerns, ensuring every vehicle meets the high standards that define their reputation.

Owner’s Personal Touch & Community Commitment

What truly sets Premier Auto Spa apart is the owner’s hands-on involvement. It’s not uncommon to see the proprietor out on the wash bays, sleeves rolled up and sponge in hand, personally overseeing each wash. This level of engagement sends a clear message: every car matters, and every customer deserves the best. Patrons value this personal connection, noting, “The owner is super nice…even washes cars himself! Which you don’t see often!”
