Sparkling Clean, Inside and Out

At Regal Car Wash – Kenhorst, cleanliness isn’t an afterthought—it’s a promise. Our well-lit, meticulously maintained bays set the stage for an outstanding wash every time. Guests often compliment the proactive efforts of our on-site team: one reviewer noted, “The gentleman that worked there was sanitizing the equipment before I even washed my car, I was very pleased…” This attention to detail ensures that no smudges, streaks, or lurking dirt particles compromise your shine.

Even our premium Bay 7 brush has earned local fame: “Bay 7 has the best brush—this car wash is affordable and clean, it’s in a nice area as well.” With a brush that tackles stubborn grime yet treats your paint job gently, you’ll walk away with a finish that looks and feels regal.

Convenience and Reliability—Designed for You

Time is of the essence, and at Regal Car Wash – Kenhorst, ample resources mean less waiting and more driving. Multiple wash bays and vacuum stations stand at the ready so you can get in, get clean, and get on with your day. “Rarely have to wait. Plenty of wash bays and plenty of vacuum cleaners,” shares one satisfied customer, praising both availability and speed.

Yet, we recognize that reliability hinges on upkeep. While many guests report consistently dependable machines, we’ve also heard concerns about occasional malfunctions. If you ever encounter a hiccup—be it a hose that fails or a machine that stalls—please let us know immediately. Our team strives for rapid maintenance so every bay and vacuum lives up to the high standards our visitors expect.

Value That Shines Through

In Shillington’s bustling car wash market, value is king. At just a few dollars per wash and with simple, transparent pricing, Regal Car Wash – Kenhorst delivers exceptional bang for your buck. “It’s easy to use and cheap,” says one reviewer, while another praises the “convenient and reasonable prices.” Whether you’re running a quick rinse or opting for an extended scrub, you’ll enjoy respectable results without breaking the bank.

Added Bonus: From time to time, our friendly attendants surprise guests with free wash credits—a small gesture that goes a long way. One customer grinned, “The guy put money in my wash for free!” It’s these unexpected moments of generosity that keep drivers returning with a smile.

Customer Service with a Personal Touch

Our goal is simple: treat every visitor like family. Many patrons commend the swift, personal responses from our owner and staff. “The owner addressed a concern and has corrected the issue…great customer service,” raves one happy driver. That same dedication extends to answering questions on the spot and addressing in-the-moment needs.

We also acknowledge the feedback calling for more consistent communication—especially regarding refunds or equipment issues. Your voice matters, and we’re actively enhancing our contact channels to ensure every message is answered and every problem resolved.

Trust & Security: Learning and Improving

We know how distressing it can be to misplace personal items in a vacuum station or accidentally lose something dear. A few customers have reported lost bracelets or toolboxes, and we understand the importance of swift recovery. That’s why we’re reviewing our lost-and-found procedures to offer clearer instructions on retrieving items and a prompt response if you ever lock or leave something behind.

While no system is perfect, we’re committed to building confidence that your belongings—and your car—are in safe hands.

Tidy Grounds, Happier Driveways

Trash management is another priority. Although our grounds are generally spotless, a handful of guests have pointed out overflowing bins on busier days. We appreciate this candid feedback and are increasing our trash-emptying schedule, ensuring every corner of Regal Car Wash – Kenhorst mirrors the spotless results you achieve inside your vehicle.
