Refreshing Mountain Retreat & Adventure Center is a zipline and aerial adventure park on 100 acres of woodland in Stevens, PA, 25 minutes north of Lancaster, with cabins and a retreat center on the same grounds.
Fourteen ziplines on three courses total more than 5,000 feet, from the $45 Basecamp package (33 elevated obstacles, a climbing tower, the wildlife center and pedal carts) to the $89 Aerial Excursion with seven ziplines, three skybridges and a 40 foot rappel. Escape rooms, axe throwing and a wildlife center with over 40 species by the center's count fill out a day, and from mid November the ziplines run at night beside a Christmas light walk.
Before you go
Reservations are required for ziplines; walk-ins are not guaranteed and may wait an hour or more. Arrive 15 minutes early. Closed toed shoes required; tie back long hair and remove dangling jewelry. Minimum age 5, maximum weight 280 pounds; an adult must accompany children under 13.
Coming up
Fall Fest Days run on weekends October 3 to 31, 2026, adding pumpkin smashing, a rubber duckie drop and zipline cornhole, with a Fall Market Day on October 24 from 9 to 5. The Christmas light walk opens November 13 and runs select nights through January 2, 2027 ($6 to $12 per person, ziplines from $49).
