The York State Fair is a summer fair at the York Expo Center in York, PA, with a grandstand concert series, a midway, livestock shows and exhibit halls.

The fair takes over the Expo Center grounds in late July and early August: the grandstand concert series, midway rides, competitive livestock, agricultural education, food and retail vendors, and the Horticultural Hall, Old Main and Heroes Hall exhibit buildings. Gate admission was $10 for adults in 2026 with kids 5 and under free, and advance tickets at Weis Markets and Rutter's were $5.

Before you go

Everyone passes through metal detectors; oversized bags, umbrellas and firearms are not allowed, and pets stay home (service animals only). The concert venue has no re-entry. Wagons and strollers rent for $15 a day and mobility scooters from $25. Advance tickets at Weis Markets and Rutter's are $5.
