Creation Yoga: Chair Yoga: $70 for 5 Classes or $140 for 10 Classes

Creation Yoga has two chair yoga packages listed: five classes for $70, good for five credits and expiring in eight weeks, or ten classes for $140, good for ten credits and expiring in 16 weeks. Both packages are valid for chair yoga only. The fine print states each package is non-refundable and cannot be extended.

Creation Yoga is a yoga studio in Wyomissing, on Spring Ridge Road, with a schedule built for first-time students and longtime practitioners alike.

Students talk about the instructors most of all: knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to each person in the room. Small-group classes mean one-on-one interaction, and the atmosphere is non-judgmental enough that beginners settle in quickly. Many attendees point to better flexibility, less anxiety, and a steadier sense of mindfulness.

The chair yoga classes run 45 minutes in a group setting. Beyond chair yoga, the studio offers 60-minute small group classes, private yoga sessions, Reiki healing, Ayurvedic counseling, and somatic healing sessions, with separate packages for those. The practice room has floor-to-ceiling windows and keeps blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps on hand, so you bring a mat and water.

The studio is at 200 Spring Ridge Rd, Suite 202 in Wyomissing. Both chair yoga packages are listed on the packages and membership page of their website, where you can buy them directly. Their phone number and contact form are on the same site if you want to ask about the schedule first.
