B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC.: $200 Off a Tankless Water Heater Upgrade

B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning is taking $200 off when you upgrade to a tankless water heater. The offer runs through October 31, 2026. Restrictions may apply, and they ask that you call for details.

They are a locally owned and operated HVAC contractor with an office on Luzerne Street in Reading. Their crews work across Berks, Lancaster, and Chester Counties, handling heating, cooling, water heaters, and generators for homeowners.

Customers single out the technicians for their depth of knowledge and their willingness to explain each step before any work begins. Installations get credit for solid workmanship, little disruption to the house, and a thorough clean-up afterward. People also mention how quickly the company schedules and follows up, sometimes starting a job the day after the estimate.

Beyond water heater installation and repair, they cover furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, geothermal systems, ductwork, and oil to gas conversions. Indoor air quality work includes thermostats, humidifiers and dehumidifiers, and air filtration. Preventative maintenance agreements and financing with approved credit are available, and emergency service is offered around the clock.

The office sits in Reading, open weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with emergency help outside those hours. The tankless water heater discount is listed on their specials page at otthvac.com, where you can redeem the offer online or schedule an appointment. You can also call 610-927-5133 to ask what the restrictions cover before you book.
