Fleetwood's Main Street becomes a walkable gathering spot for a fall Saturday, with local businesses opening their doors and vendors lining the sidewalks. Shoppers will find booths from local vendors along Main Street, food to eat as you browse, live music from two bands across the day, and an apple pie eating contest. Storytelling rounds out the mix, and it is an easy morning for meeting the businesses and makers who keep the borough running.
The fair is organized by the Borough of Fleetwood and doubles as a fundraiser. Proceeds go toward a scholarship fund for two graduating Fleetwood seniors and a donation to a local nonprofit.
