The Kutztown Optimist Club hosts Main Street Trick-or-Treat Night on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Shops and organizations along Main Street set up at their doors and hand out candy to costumed kids, so families can cover a long stretch of town in one walk. The rain date is Thursday, October 22.
This is separate from the borough's own trick-or-treat night, which is Saturday, October 31 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Main Street gets busy for the two hours, so park on a side street and walk in. Details are on the Borough of Kutztown calendar.
