Sunday mornings at Willow Glen Park belong to the Willow Glen Flea Market and Food Festival, an open air gathering just off Route 422 in Sinking Spring. Vendors set up across the grounds with fresh produce, antiques and collectibles, crafts, clothing, tools, and new and used merchandise, so browsing rewards anyone who likes the hunt. Early risers get first look, and the pace stays relaxed all morning.
Come hungry. The market is run by Konopelski Katering, and the food lineup is a draw on its own, with a wide range of stands serving breakfast sandwiches, burgers, fresh cut fries, funnel cakes, and international dishes including Chinese, Mexican, Puerto Rican, and Colombian specialties. You can eat on the property or take a few things home for later.
Parking is on site, there is a playground for kids, and leashed pets are welcome, which makes this an easy outing for the whole household. The market runs Sundays from spring through fall, weather permitting.
