Free One-on-One Tutoring for Adults From the Literacy Council of Reading-Berks
The Literacy Council of Reading-Berks provides a trained volunteer tutor who works one-on-one with students who have barriers to classroom participation. The tutoring can focus on literacy topics such as Adult Basic Education (ABE), High School Equivalency (GED) test preparation, English as a Second Language (ESL), and more.
To take part, you must be 16 years of age or older, a resident of Pennsylvania, and not currently enrolled in a public or private secondary or postsecondary school.
