Chief Financial Officer

Rodale Institute is recruiting a strategic, mission-driven financial executive as its next Chief Financial Officer. The CFO reports to the CEO and serves on the Executive Leadership Team, helping strengthen the organization's financial strategy, systems, and resources to support continued growth and long-term sustainability, and advancing the Institute's mission around the health of people, soil, and the planet.

The role is hybrid, with a preference for candidates able to work on-site in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, one or two days per week.
