Responsibilities

Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within the organization.

Support the gathering and analysis of data related to performance metrics.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative solutions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for improvement initiatives.

Document processes and create visual aids that help illustrate workflow enhancements.

Conduct research on industry best practices and benchmarking data.

Provide support in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in continuous improvement methodologies.
