Job Summary
The Maintenance Tech:
Performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations.
Possess a basic knowledge of Utility plant operations, Plumbing, Electrical, Electronic, HVAC, Building Maintenance and Building Automation Systems.
Manages their tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicates with Leads and Managers.
Responsible for additional duties as assigned by Management.
