Experienced Auto Technician (A-Tech, B-Tech, or C-Tech)

Reading Mitsubishi is growing and hiring experienced automotive technicians at all levels (A, B, and C techs).

Daily Duties Include

• performing vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on new and used vehicles
• carrying out routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, fluid checks and alignments
• diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues with manufacturer-approved diagnostic equipment
• completing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new vehicles
• reconditioning used vehicles to dealership standards
• accurately documenting repair orders, parts used, labor time and findings
• communicating with Service Advisors about recommended repairs and timelines
• following manufacturer guidelines and dealership service procedures
• keeping a clean, safe, organized work area
• adhering to safety standards and OSHA regulations
• meeting management's productivity and efficiency goals
• and participating in ongoing training on current automotive technology.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, is proficient with scan tools and modern automotive technology, can work on both domestic and import vehicles, has experience with warranty repairs and manufacturer standards (a plus), and completes repairs accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
